Time it was, and what a time it was,
it was a time of innocence,
a time of confidences.
Long ago, it must be,
I have a photograph.
Preserve your memories.
They're all that's left you.

Dear Reader,

My daughter, Melissa's message would bring tears to my eyes if I were  not her
Mother. I am her Mother. I am also Joanne's Mother. Her message both takes my
breath away, AND brings tears to my eyes.

First, to all of you who have written to her, or have helped her in any way, I am
eternally grateful. She has worked very hard for the past few years both in her
personal life, struggling with her loss, and with Joanne's page. It is a beautiful
tribute to a beautiful person. My daughters were and are very extraordinary people.
They were and are very gifted. They both have had and have messages to deliver. I
cannot help but think from this experience, that not only do we live a physical life on
earth, but at the same time, we have a very spiritual existence. Both are based on
love for our fellow man and all other living things. When one begins to know this
love, there is nothing else. Nothing else is important. I keep this love foremost in my
mind, no matter where I am or whatever I am doing. I extend this love to you, who
have touched our lives. If I can ever provide any words of comfort to you, please let
me know.

With love,
Melissa & Joanne's Mother
Carol
